TNVC IS COMMITTED TO THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF OUR MEMBERS, NOT ONLY AS ATHLETES BUT ALSO AS STRONG STUDENTS AND PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS IN OUR COMMUNITIES. WE SEE IT AS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CREATE A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL PUSH OUR ATHLETES TO GO FAR BEYOND WHERE OR WHAT EACH COULD ACCOMPLISH ON THEIR OWN. WE WILL GIVE EACH ATHLETE A SAFE A POSITIVE PLACE FOR THEM TO LEARN ON THEIR OWN ABOUT DEALING WITH DEFEAT, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, LEADERSHIP, AND BECOMING A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

THE CLUB PROVIDES EXPOSURE AND RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR COLLEGE-BOUND ATHLETES, ENABLING THEM TO OBTAIN ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIPS AND FINANCIAL AID, THEREBY GIVING THEM OPPORTUNITIES TO ACHIEVE THEIR ACADEMIC GOALS.
