MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR FOX HUNTING, HORSEBACK RIDING, AND SOCIAL PURPOSES.

PROVIDE A COMPETITIVE TEAM ENVIROMENT FOR ABOUT 100 YOUTH SKIERS. THE TEAM INCLUDES MANY JR. OLYMPIC AND OLYMPIC MEDALISTS. THE TEAM MEMBERS REGULARLY QUALIFY FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIONS.

TO DEVELOP AND FOSTER A NATIONAL AMATEUR ATHLETIC PROGRAM. TAM CYCLING IS COMMITTED TO EMPOWER AND DEVELOP ATHLETES, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, TO ENHANCE PERFORMANCE IN THE SPORT OF CYCLING. THE ORGANIZATION EQUALLY PROVIDES SERVICES, LEADERSHIP, LOGISTICS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO FEMALE AND MALE ATHLETES TO COMPETE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE SPORT.

TO PROVIDE HEALTHY RELAXATION, RECREATION AND INSTRUCTION FOR MEMBERS PURSUING SAILING, POWER BOATING AND SWIMMING.

PROVIDING A BASIS TO WORK FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF YOUNG ATHLETES IN ATHLETIC VENUES AS THEY PROGRESS THROUGH THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM.
