HELP THE NEEDY ALSO ADVOCATES FOR THE POOR AND AT-RISK AT ALL LEVELS. IN ESSENCE, WE OFFER A HELPING HAND TO KEEP FAMILIES FROM LOSING WHAT THEY HAVE.

THE FACILITY WAS OPENED SEPTEMBER, 1991.
