PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN OF LOW INCOME FAMILIES TO COMPLETE HOMEWORK; AND ADDRESS EDUCATIONAL CHALLENGES; C. PARTNER WITH THE PUBLIC SCHOOL AND OTHER COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE LOW INCOME POPULATION WITHIN THEIR OWN COMMUNITY.
