PCAO HAS ADOPTED A POLICY FRAMEWORK WITH GOALS AND STRATEGIES TO GUIDE OUR WORK. THE FOUR GOALS INCLUDE: OREGON'S INVESTMENT IN PRIMARY PREVENTION OF CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT IS A TOP BUDGET PRIORITY; ENGAGED AND MOBILIZED OREGON COMMUNITIES ARE ARE ACTIVELY SOLVING THE CHALLENGES OF ABUSE AND NEGLECT; ALL PREVENTION PARTNERS SUPPORT AND DRIVE A COMMON STRATEGIC DIRECTION FOR COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTION; AND SHARED MEASUREMENTS ALIGN SYSTEMS WITH COMMUNITIES
