THIS SERVICE GIVES THE SKILLS TO REMAIN CLEAN AND PRODUCTIVE, BRIDGES THE GAP IN EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND GIVES AN OPPORTUNITY TO ENGAGE WITH THE COMMUNITY IN A POSITIVE WAY.
