THE UNION PROVIDED LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO ITS MEMBERS BY PURSUING GREIVANCES, WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS, AND OTHER LEGAL ISSUES. THE OBJECTIVES OF THESE REPRESENTATIONS ARE TO PROTECT MEMBERS JOBS, TO IMPROVE WORKING CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERS, AND TO ENSURE THAT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS ARE ENFORCED.
