PROGRAM IN CHARACTER AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EMPOWER YOUTH TO SUPPORT AND INFLUENCE THEIR CLUB AND COMMUNITY, SUSTAIN MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS, DEVELOP A POSITIVE SELF IMAGE, PARTICIPATE IN THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS AND RESPECT THEIR OWN AND OTHER'S CULTURAL IDENTITIES.
