TO PROVIDE MEDICAL, VISION AND DENTAL BENEFITS, ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT COVERAGE, LIFE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL, VISION AND DENTAL BENEFITS, ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT COVERAGE, LIFE INSURANCE COVERAGE, LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM DISABILITY COVERAGE, HEALTH CARE AND DEPENDENT CARE REIMBURSEMENT PLANS, AND EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PLANS FOR ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES OF WESTERN REFINING AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES.

HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS FOR THE EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS OF THE PLAN SPONSOR OR ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2018, ALL FUNDING OF HEALTH AND WELFARE BEENFITS WERE PROCESSED THROUGH THE ANDEAVOR CAFETERIA PLAN." THE PLAN AND TRUST CEASED TO BE USED TO FUND AND PROVIDE PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR COVERED DEPENDENTS ONGOING, FURTHER BENEFITS, BUT DURING 2018, THE PLAN AND TRUST CONTINUED IN OPERATION SO AS TO PROCESS, PAY AND OTHERWISE RUN OUT CLAIMS INCURRED BY PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR COVERED DEPENDENTS (THE "RUN-OUT PROCESS").THE RUN-OUT PROCESS WAS COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE END OF 2018, SUCH THAT NO ASSETS REMAINED IN THE TRUST, NO ASSETS OF THE TRUST REMAINED, AND FURTHER, NO PLAN LIABILITIES REMAINED.
