PERALTA SERVICE CORPORATION (PSC) IS A SUBSIDIARY OF THE UNITY COUNCIL AND A NONPROFIT SOCIAL ENTERPRISE THAT GENERATES REVENUE WITH A SOCIAL MISSION TO HELP COMMITTED JOB SEEKERS REMOVE MULTIPLE EMPLOYMENT BARRIERS. AS A SUBSIDIARY AND SOCIAL ENTERPRISE OF THE UNITY COUNCIL, OUR ORGANIZATION'S VALUES ALIGN WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF COMMUNITY, EMPOWERMENT, EQUITY, INTEGRITY, SELF-ESTEEM, PASSION, CULTURAL AWARENESS, AND SENSITIVITY.WE ENVISION THROUGH OUR LIVING WAGE EMPLOYMENT AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM. IT CAN INCREASE THE ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY OF LOW-INCOME ADULTS AND TRANSFORM THEM INTO A PROGRESSIVE CAREERS AND PERSONAL GROWTH.
