CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION: QUALITY CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS ARE DEVELOPED BY CAFP TO ADDRESS GAPS IN LEARNING IDENTIFIED BY NEEDS ASSESSMENTS AND DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO ADULT LEARNING PRINCIPLES FOR FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIANS AND OTHER PRIMARY CARE PROFESSIONALS.


ADVOCACY: CAFP ADVOCACY EFFORTS ARE TARGETED TOWARD LEGISLATION AND REGULATION THAT AFFECT THE PRACTICE OF FAMILY MEDICINE AND PATIENT HEALTH IN CALIFORNIA AND NATIONALLY.


MEMBER SUPPORT: CAFP PROVIDES TOOLS, EDUCATION, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENGAGEMENT FOR FAMILY PHYSICIANS THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA THROUGH STATEWIDE EVENTS AND SERVICES AS WELL AS THROUGH OUR LOCAL CHAPTER ACTIVITIES.
