SHELTER DEVELOPMENT: TO BUILD SHELTERS AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR THE HOMELESS AND TO SUPPORT STUDENTS INTERESTED IN PURSUING A CAREER IN THE HOME BUILDING INDUSTRY. HOME AID: PARTNERS BUILDERS AND TRADE PARTNERS WITH SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES TO BUILD OR RENOVATE QUALITY HOUSING FOR HOMELESS MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN THE PORTLAND METRO REGION. IN KIND DONATIONS OF MATERIALS AND LABOR: ST. JOHNS VILLAGE 300,401. VETERANS VILLAGE 247,852. MOD PROTOTYPE 31,833.


SCHOLARSHIP: BY AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THE FOUNDATION STRIVES TO ENCOURAGE YOUNG PEOPLE TO CONSIDER A CAREER IN THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY.
