MT. SCOTT PARK CENTER FOR LEARNING IS AN ACCREDITED, DIPLOMA-BASED PROGRAM IN SOUTHEAST PORTLAND THAT PROVIDES AN EDUCATIONAL SETTING TAILORED TO THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF STUDENTS IN GRADES 9-12 WHO STRUGGLE TO FULFILL THEIR POTENTIAL IN THE TRADITIONAL SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT.

MT. SCOTT PARK CENTER FOR LEARNING IS A NON-PROFIT, FULLY ACCREDITED EDUCATION PROGRAM SERVING STUDENTS WHO PREVIOUSLY STRUGGLED ACADEMICALLY OR SOCIALLY IN TRADITIONAL SCHOOL ENVIRONMENTS. SINCE ITS FOUNDING IN 1994, THE ORGANIZATION HAS PROVIDED A SAFE, NURTURING LEARNING COMMUNITY WHERE STUDENTS RECEIVE STRONG SUPPORT FOCUSING ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, IMPROVED SELF-ESTEEM AND PERSONAL GROWTH.2021-22 ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDED:(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)-PROVIDED RELATIONSHIP-BASED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION WITH INDIVIDUALIZED AND SMALL GROUP SUPPORT TO 211 PORTLAND-AREA STUDENTS, IN OUR FIRST FULL YEAR OF IN-PERSON LEARNING SINCE THE START OF THE PANDEMIC.-CELEBRATED 50 GRADUATING SENIORS, THE SCHOOL'S LARGEST GRADUATING CLASS EVER.-WELCOMED BACK IN-PERSON GUEST SPEAKERS FOR OUR CAREER EXPLORATIONS PROGRAM, HOSTING 16 CLASSROOM DISCUSSIONS OF DIVERSE CAREER PATHWAYS.-SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED TO IN-PERSON LEARNING USING A HYBRID OF NEW DIGITAL TOOLS AND OUR PROVEN SMALL-GROUP DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH.
