COLLECT, CURATE AND CATALOG ARCHAEOLOGICAL, ETHNOLOGICAL, AND ARCHIVAL MATERIALS FROM ALUTIIQ CULTURE AREA, INCLUDING OPERATION OF MUSEUM FACILITY AND PRESENTATION OF EXHIBITS. DEVELOP AND CARRY OUT PROGRAMS TO TEACH ALUTIIQ LANGUAGE AND PROMOTE ARTS AND CRAFTS THAT REFLECT ALUTIIQ CULTURAL TRADITIONS, PROVIDE ARCHAEOLOGICAL CONSULTING SERVICES TO PUBLIC AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES TO DETERMINE IF THOSE ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 106 OF NATURAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION ACT AND TRAIN ALASKA NATIVE REPRESENTATIVES IN PROCEDURES AND STANDARDS OF NATIVE AMERICAN GRAVES PROTECTION AND REPATRIATION ACT AND ITS APPLICATION TO RECOVERY.
