THE GRANTORS INTEND THAT THE SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION QUALIFIES AS A "SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION" AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 509(A) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, AND IS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL IMCONE TAXATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 501(C) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THIS SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, OR FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO CHILDREN OR ANILMALS, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE WITHIN THE UNITIED STATES OR ANY OF ITS POSSESSIONS. THIS ORGANZIATION WILL PROVED AT LEAST 25% OF THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF THE CONGREGATIONS AHAVATH BETH INSRAEL.
