OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE RESOURCES AND GUIDANCE NECESSARY TO MEET THE BASIC NEEDS OF THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY. BUILDING ON THIS FOUNDATION OF WELLBEING, WE PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS, AND ADVOCATE FOR A MORE JUST AND EQUITABLE COMMUNITY.

BUILD RESILENCY- HOUSEHOLD SUPPORTS/BASIC NEEDS SERVING 752 INDIVIDUALS WITH RENTAL, FOOD, UTILITY,TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER ASSISTANCE INCLUDING BACK TO SCHOOL AND HOLIDAY GIVING PROGRAMS. INTENSIVE CASE MGMT PROVIDED TO 44 ADULTS WITH HOMELESSNESS, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, MENTAL AND OTHER ISSUES. ALSO 98 ADULTS RECEIVING THERAPY SVCS, 16 ADULTS PARTICIPATING IN LOPEZ COMMUNITY WELLNESS, AND MORE.


CREATE OPPORTUNITIES- SOCIAL EMOTIONAL SUPPORT PROGRAMS SERVING 16 CHILDREN IN PRESCHOOL PLAY THERAPY, 55 CHILDREN WITH PARENT-TOTS, 27 YOUTH MATCHED WITH MENTORS,18 YOUTH PARTICIPATE IN CALM AND CONNECTED CLASSES; EDUCATION & ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS SERVING 244 YOUTH & ADULTS WITH 129 YOUTH PARTICIPATING IN SUMMER WORKSHOPS, OF WHOM 62 WERE GRANTED SCHOLARSHIPS AND 45 YOUTH PARTICIPATING IN AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES.
