MEDICAL AND DENTAL PRIMARY CARE SERVICES, CASE MANAGEMENT, WIC AND OTHER SUCH PROGRAMS PROVIDED ON A SLIDING FEE BASIS. DURING THE YEAR, THERE WERE 504,385 MEDICAL AND CASE MANAGEMENT ENCOUNTERS, 153,388 DENTAL ENCOUNTERS AND 863,169 PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED.


LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE, HOME WEATHERIZATION, AND EDUCATION AND COUNSELING SERVICES. DURING THE YEAR THERE WERE 9,316 INDIVIDUALS SERVED.


MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING AND CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY COUNSELING. MENTAL HEALTH AND CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY ENCOUNTERS DURING THE YEAR WERE 26,427.
