ADVOCACY - DEVELOPMENT OF A LEGISLATIVE PLATFORM FOR ADVOCACY AT THE STATE CAPITAL AND SUPPORT OF GRASSROOTS AND PROFESSIONAL LOBBYING EFFORTS.
