USING DONATIONS ONLY INSTALL AND MANAGE A DOG PARK FOR THE USE OF ALL COMMUNITY RESIDENTS. THE YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB HAS SET FORTH THE USE OF THE PROPERTY AS A DOG PARK RENT-FREE PER A LETTER OF AGREEMENT. NO OTHER SUPPORT WAS PROVIDED.

2022 WAS THE FIRST YEAR OF OPERATION OF OUR DOG PARK. OPERATING ONLY ON USER-DONATED FUNDS THE PEOPLE & PETS PARK ASSOCIATION DESIGNED AND INSTALLED A DOG PARK. THE DOG PARK IS APPROXIMATELY 1 ACRE IN SIZE SURROUNDED BY A COMMERCIAL-GRADE ALUMINUM FENCE WITH A DOUBLE-GATED ENTRY AND A MAINTENANCE GATE. A 12'X16' SEATING AREA WAS INSTALLED WITH PAVERS AND AN AWNING COVERING THE PAD. BENCHES WERE PLACED IN THE SEATING AREA AS WELL AS THROUGHOUT THE DOG PARK. A WATER FOUNTAIN WAS INSTALLED FOR THE USE OF THE DOGS. WASTE STATIONS WERE INSTALLED THROUGHOUT THE DOG PARK. THE LAND ON WHICH THE DOG PARK WAS INSTALLED WAS PROVIDED RENT-FREE FOR PUBLIC RECREATIONAL PURPOSES. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES WILL BE ADDED AS FURTHER DONATIONS ARE RECEIVED. ONLY PROGRAM-RELATED EXPENSES WERE INCURRED IN 2022.
