CONTRACTED NECESSARY FOOD, HOUSING, AIR AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION, AND MEDICAL SUPPORT FOR EVACUEES PENDING EVACUATION. FACILITATED GOVERNMENT PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL.
