THE FOUNDATION CONTRACTS WITH OGDEN CITY TO MANAGE THE OPERATIONS OF THE PARK. ALL INCOME AND EXPENSES ARE FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE PARK AND MUSEUM. THE FOUNDATION ALSO MANAGES A MINERAL AND ROCK DISPLAY ON THE PREMISES FOR AN UNRELATED FOUNDATION.
