EDEN PRAIRIE LOCAL NEWS (EPLN) CONTINUES TO MATURE AS A PRIMARY SOURCE OF LOCAL NEWS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA. IN ITS ROLE AS A NON-PARTISAN SOURCE OF NEWS AND INFORMATION, EPLN EMPLOYED TWO HALF-TIME CO-EDITORS AND REPORTERS FOR ITS SPORTS AND SCHOOL BEATS. IN ADDITION TO THE EMPLOYED STAFF, EPLN CONTRACTED WITH NUMEROUS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS WHO PROVIDE ARTICLES, PHOTOGRAPHS OR OTHER SERVICES RELATED TO ITS FUNCTION AS A PRIMARY SOURCE OF LOCAL NEWS TO THE RESIDENTS OF EDEN PRAIRIE. EPLN HAS GROWN ITS EMAIL SUBSCRIBER COUNT FROM 1,100 TO 1,827. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, WE POSTED 645 ARTICLES WRITTEN BY THIRTY DIFFERENT AUTHORS.
