GLOBAL PARENTS FOR ECZEMA RESEARCH IS A GRASSROOTS, PARENT-LED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT ADVANCES RESEARCH AND POLICY CHANGES THAT LEAD TO BETTER TREATMENTS AND PREVENTION STRATEGIES FOR MODERATE TO SEVERE ECZEMA IN CHILDREN. WE ALSO HELP PATIENTS AND FAMILIES WITH PEER SUPPORT AND ACCESS TO THE LATEST AND VERY BEST SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION.

OUR ACCOMPLISHMENENTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWINGS: - DEVELOPED AND COMPLETED 7 RESEARCH INITIATIVES WITH 13 PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS - LED AND LAUNCHED A GLOBAL INITIATIVE TO MEASURE AND IMPROVE CARE FOR PEOPLE WITH ECZEMA IN 8 COUNTRIES - ENROLLED 184 CAREGIVERS IN A SUPPORT PROGRAM TO ADDRESS THE PSYCHOSOCIAL IMPACT OF ECZEMA - PRODUCED 6 PODCAST EPISODES ON ECZEMA SCIENCE FOR A CAREGIVER AUDIENCE - DEVELOPED A GLOBAL CONTEST TO HIGHLIGHT PATIENTS- AND CAREGIVERS' IDEAS FOR ECZEMA RESEARCH
