AMHC OFFERS ROUND-TABLE AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT GROUPS FOR THOSE IN NEED, HOSTED BY PROFESSIONAL THERAPISTS IN OUR NETWORK. AMCH FURTHER PROVIDES RESOURCES THROUGH ITS THERAPIST DIRECTORY, PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS, AND PODCAST SERIES TO HELP FACILITATE DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS TO DESTIGMATIZE MENTAL HEALTH WITHIN THE ASIAN COMMUNITY.


AMHC HOSTS AN ANNUAL VIRTUAL CONFERENCE CALLED TRANSFORMASIAN, WHICH INVITES SPEAKERS IN THE ASIAN COMMUNITY TO SHARE THEIR STORIES AND NORMALIZE THE CONVERSATIONS AROUND MENTAL HEALTH.


AMHC WAS BIRTHED FROM SAMH, A FACEBOOK GROUP CREATED IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMUNITY'S NEED FOR SUPPORTIVE ASIAN MENTAL HEALTH CONVERSATIONS. SAMH INSPIRED DISCUSSIONS ABOUT ASIAN IDENTITY, CULTURE, AND MENTAL HEALTH, AND QUICKLY BECAME A COMMUNITY OF 60,000 MEMBERS EAGER TO LISTEN AND BE HEARD.
