HELP TO PREVENT AND DEAL WITH STRESS THAT LEADS TO HURTING AND SUICIDES OF FIRST RESPONDERS BY GETTING THEM SUPPORT GROUPS AND INTO TREATMENT, OR OTHER RESOURCES TO CONTACT AND HELP GOING FORWARD.
