LEGAL ASSISTANCE: REVIEW OF COURT DOCUMENTS ASSISTANCE IN LANDLORD TENANT DISPUTES APPEARANCE IN COURT TO HELP WITH LEGAL ISSUES. WRITING LETTERS TO SETTLE LEGAL ISSUES. HOUSING: ASSISTANCE IN CONTACTING LOCAL HOUSING RESOURCES COMPLETING APPLICATIONS FOR HOUSING. TRANSPORTATION: FUNDS FOR REPAIRS GAS LOAN PAYMENTS ASSISTANCE WITH RIDES. OPERATION OF THE LANDING ZONE FAMILY RECREATION CENTER PROVIDES FOR -----TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT FOR VETERANS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IN NEED. THE LANDING ZONE PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO GET HIRED BY A "NORMAL" BUSINESS. TRAINING: TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYEES ARE ABLE TO RECEIVE TRAINING IN A SPECIFIC JOB THAT CAN HELP THEM MOVE BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE. COACHING COUNSELLING: EMPLOYEES ARE COACHED REGARDING ACCOUNTABILITY DEPENDABILITY RESPONSIBILITY THE RECEIVE ONE ON ONE MENTORSHIP AND COUNSELLING REGARDING THEIR PERFORMANCE. SALARY: EMPLOYEES ARE PAID MINIMUM WAGE AND THEY CAN RECEIVE TIPS AND POSSIBLY BONUS PAY.
