(THE "CORPORATION") IS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF: (I) EDUCATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO IMPROVE RECOGNITION OF THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF NEUROLOGICAL INJURIES AND DISEASES, (II) EDUCATING CLINICIANS (PHYSICIANS, RNS, EMS SQUADS, ETC.) TO BETTER RECOGNIZE AND APPROPRIATELY TREAT NEUROLOGICAL INJURIES AND DISEASES, (III) EDUCATING LOCAL COMMUNITIES OF THE CAPABILITIES AND AVAILABILITY OF NEUROSURGICAL AND NEUROLOGICAL SPECIALISTS, AND (IV) FUNDING MEDICAL RESEARCH INTENDED TO RAISE AWARENESS OF AND FURTHER DEVELOP NEUROSCIENCES TREATMENTS.
