THIS TYPE OF FACILITY OFFERS PARENTS AND THEIR CHILDREN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, CHEERFUL SURROUNDINGS, AND INEXPENSIVE, SAFE RESIDENTIAL ACCOMODATIONS.
