THE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE, PRIMARY HEALTH CARE TO THE GENERAL POPULATION IN 23 COUNTIES OF NORTHEAST TEXAS BY THE MOST EFFICIENT AND AFFORDABLE MEANS INCLUDING HIV MEDICAL CARE, TESTING AND PREVENTION, CASE MANAGEMENT AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE.

OPERATION OF MEDICAL CLINICS FOR THE GENERAL POPULATION, INCLUDING PRIMARY CARE, OB/GYN, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, ETC. DESIGNATED FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CLINICS WITH 30,193 UNDUPLICATED PATIENTS SERVED.


HIV SERVICES - PROVIDES PRIMARY MEDICAL SERVICES TO PEOPLE WHO ARE HIV POSITIVE, INCLUDING DOCTORS' VISITS, LABORATORY SERVICES, MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT, DENTAL ORAL HEALTH EDUCATION AND CARE, MENTAL HEALTH AND NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING, TRANSPORTATION, HOUSING INSURANCE AND MEDICATION ASSISTANCE, ESTIMATED 26,614 UNITS OF SERVICE.
