THE CLIBURN FOSTERS THE APPRECIATION OF CLASSICAL AND OTHER FORMS OF MUSIC THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PIANO COMPETITIONS, INCLUDING A PROFESSIONAL COMPETITION, AN AMATEUR COMPETITION, AND A JUNIOR COMPETITION. COMPETITIONS ROTATE, OCCURRING ONCE EVERY FOUR YEARS.
