AS TEXAS' FIRST AND MOST TRUSTED HOSPICE PROVIDER, VNA HOSPICE CARE FOCUSES ON LIVING LIFE TO ITS FULLEST AND TREATING OUR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES WITH THE DIGNITY AND RESPECT THEY DESERVE. TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS OFTEN FEEL LIKE THEY ARE LOSING CONTROL. VNA HELPS GIVE THESE PATIENTS BACK THE CONTROL THEY NEED BY PROVIDING THE NECESSARY FREEDOM TO SPEND THEIR FINAL DAYS AS THEY WISH IN A COMFORTABLE, PAIN-FREE, AND LOVING ENVIRONMENT.AS THE FIRST MEDICARE-SPONSORED, HOME-BASED PALLIATIVE CARE PROGRAM IN NORTH TEXAS, VNA CARE CHOICES PROVIDES SERVICES FOR PATIENTS WITH LIFE-LIMITING ILLNESSES WHILE THEY HAVE THE FREEDOM TO CONTINUE SEEKING TREATMENT. PATIENTS HAVE ACCESS TO A DEDICATED CARE TEAM TO MANAGE PAIN AND OTHER SYMPTOMS ALONG WITH SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT.
