1. PROVIDE AND COORDINATE RELIGIOUS, CULTURAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER THE CONNECTION BETWEEN OLDER ADULTS AND THE BROADER JEWISH COMMUNITY. 2. PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR OLDER ADULTS IN THE JEWISH COMMUNITY TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, RELIGIOUS SERVICES, SOCIAL EVENTS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN THE JEWISH COMMUNITY. 3. PROVIDE GRANTS TO PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS FOR OLDER ADULT PROGRAMMING AND SUPPORT. 4. PROVIDE AN INFORMATION AND REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARE GIVERS. 5. COORDINATE RELIGIOUS, SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR OLDER ADULTS IN THE COMMUNITY.
