HEALING INSTITUTE FOR SOCIAL & PERSONAL ADJUSTMENTS: TO PROVIDE TREATMENT FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS WHO SUFFER FROM CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS TO ENABLE THEM TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS.
