RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOMES PROVIDING TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR ABANDONED, ABUSED, AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN AGES 12-17 YEARS AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS OVER THE AGE OF 18 RELEASED FROM CARE WHO REQUIRE HOUSING.
HIV/AIDS & SEXUAL TRANSIMITTED INFECTIONS OUTREACH, EDUCATION, TESTING, AND COUSELING PROGRAMS UTILIZING SOCIAL NETWORKS AIMED AT REACHING HIGHEST LEVELS OF HETEROSEXUAL INDVIDUALS AGES 25-44 PRACTICING RISKY BEHAVIORS THAT PLACE OTHERS AT RISK. PROVIDE HIV/AIDS OUTREACH, EDUCATION, TESTING, AND COUNSELING AS WELL AS LINKAGE IN THE DUNBAR COMMUNITY IN FORT MYERS, FL. ALSO, PROVIDE CONTACT MONITORING AS NEEDED FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NON-COMPLIANT IN THEIR CARE.
