FOUND EMPLOYMENT FOR THE MEMBERS OF HEAT & FROST INSULATORS LOCAL 90 AND SERVED AS A COLLECTIVE VOICE FOR WORKERS THROUGH NEGOTIATION AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING WITH EMPLOYING CONTRACTOR GROUPS.
EFFECTIVE FROM THE DATE A NEW MEMBER IS ACCEPTED INTO LOCAL 90, A MEMBER'S BENEFICIARY SHALL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A DEATH BENEFIT FROM THE LOCAL'S MORTUARY FUND IN THE EVENT OF SUCH MEMBER'S DEATH, SUBJECT TO THE MEMBER HAVING PAID ALL MORTUARY ASSESSMENTS.
