SHOWS AND PROJECTS - THE CREATION AND PERFORMANCE OF NEW PRODUCTIONS THAT REDEFINE BOUNDARIES BETWEEN DANCE, THEATER, AND SITE-SPECIFIC EXPLORATIONS. THE COMPANY CREATES AND PRODUCES EACH NEW WORK ENTIRELY FROM ITS OWN RULEBOOK BY BRINGING TOGETHER UNLIKELY ELEMENTS AND CREATING UNIQUE WAYS FOR AUDIENCES TO INTERACT WITH DANCE. THE COMPANY'S WORK SEEKS TO FIND HUMOR IN OUR AWKWARD, EVERYDAY TRIUMPHS AND FAILURES WHILE PLACING DANCE IN NEW, UNEXPECTED, AND OFTEN UNTRADITIONAL PLATFORMS. THIS NEW YORK CITY BASED DANCE COMPANY IS COMMITTED TO MAINTAINING AN ACTIVE AND ONGOING PERFORMANCE SEASON IN NYC WITH PRESENTED AND SELF-PRODUCED SHOWS IN MANY DIFFERENT NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGHOUT THE CITY. THESE PERFORMANCES INCLUDE FULLY PRODUCED SHOWS IN THEATERS, SITE SPECIFIC PUBLIC PERFORMANCES, AND GUEST APPEARANCES IN A WIDE VARIETY OF VENUES.


TEACHING AND RESIDENCIES - THE COMPANY PARTICIPATES IN RESIDENCIES TO TEACH COMPANY REPERTORY TO COLLEGE STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES. THESE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE TEACHING AND CREATING WORK ON DANCERS IN VARIOUS CITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY. IN 2023 THE COMPANY HAD TWO OPPORTUNITIES TO TEACH COMPANY REPERTORY - ONE WAS SETTING A SOLO ON A SENIOR DANCER AT PURCHASE COLLEGE AS PART OF HER SENIOR DANCE CONCERT. THE OTHER WAS SETTING A GROUP PIECE ON DANCE STUDENTS AND LOCAL COMMUNITY MEMBER AT SPRINGFIELD COLLEGE AS PART OF THEIR FALL DANCE CONCERT.


TOURING - THE COMPANY TOURS TO VARIOUS LOCATIONS ACROSS THE US AND ABROAD AND PERFORMS FOR DIVERSE AUDIENCES RANGING FROM STUDENTS TO SENIORS IN A WIDE ARRAY OF VENUES. THE COMPANY ALSO PARTICIPATES IN ARTISTIC RESIDENCIES AND OFFERS MASTER CLASSES WHILE ON TOUR. DUE TO CONTINUED CHANGES IN HOW THE PERFORMING ARTS ARE RUN POST THE COVID-19 SHUTDOWN THE COMPANY HAD NO TOURS IN 2023 AS ALL EXPECTED TOURS WERE RESCHEDULED FOR 2024.
