EMERGENCY SHELTER FOR HOMELESS MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN. LOW-INCOME FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY WHO FACE ECONOMIC CHALLENGES MAY REQUEST ASSISTANCE TO AVERT HOMELESSNESS. THROUGH SIMON HOUSE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES, CLIENTS ARE PROVIDED ESSENTIAL ITEMS AS WELL AS CASE MANAGEMENT TO ASSIST THEM.

Part 3 - Line 4a

PROVIDE EMERGENCY SHELTER CONSISTING OF 7 UNITS USED TO HOUSE HOMELESS WOMEN WITH CHILDREN OR PREGNANT WOMEN. WHILE RESIDING IN THE SHELTER, ALL UTILITIES, SUPPLIES, FURNISHINGS AND MAINTENANCE OF EACH UNIT IS PROVIDED. CASE MANAGEMENT FOR EACH CLIENT IS MANDATORY TO ENSURE THEY RECEIVE ALL THE ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE TO THEM. IN ADDITION TO THIS SHELTER, WE ALSO HAVE A MASS SHELTER PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUAL MEN, WOMEN, COUPLES, AND ENTIRE FAMILIES AND PROVIDE THEM WITH THE SAME CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES MENTIONED ABOVE.


LOW-INCOME FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY WHO FACE ECONOMIC CHALLENGES AY REQUEST ASSISTANCE TO AVERT HOMELESSNESS. THROUGH SIMON HOUSE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES, CLIENTS ARE PROVIDED ESSENTIAL ITEMS, SUCH AS FOOD, CLOTHING, DIAPERS, AND OTHER BABY NEEDS, CLEANING SUPPLIES, AND PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS. CASE MANAGERS CAN OFFER ASSISTANCE AND REFERRALS FOR OTHER SERVICES THESE CLIENTS MAY NEED.
