SUPPORTS APPROXIMATELY 70 MEMBERS BY PROVIDING THEM WITH INFORMATION CONCERNING LAWS AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO THE COAL MINING INDUSTRY AND SUPPORT IN THE AREAS OF TAXES, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL MATTERS. IN ADDITION, A HIGHER DEGREE OF EFFICIENCY IS ACHIEVED FOR ITS MEMBERS BY CONDUCTING TESTS AND PREVIEWING CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS IN SAFETY EQUIPMENT. COAL OPERATORS ASSOCIATES, INC.
