THE PRIMARY GOAL OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO CONDUCT RESEARCH ON ISSUES AFFECTING THE COMPETITIVENESS AND PROSPERITY OF THE REGION, PUBLISH THIS RESEARCH AND TO EDUCATE LEADERS IN THE COMMUNITY REGARDING CRITICAL ISSUES FACING THE REGION. THE FOUNDATION ALSO BEGAN TRACKING DATA WITH THE INTENT TO MONITOR AND MEASURE THE REGIONS PROGRESS TOWARDS ACHIEVING SHARED COMMUNITY GOALS.
