PATIENT AND COMMUNITY SERVICES - IMPROVED PHYSICAL FUNCTION, COMMUNICATION, AND INDEPENDENCE OF 426 INDIVIDUALS BY PROVIDING 7,745 PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, AND SPEECH THERAPY TREATMENTS, REGARDLESS OF THE PATIENT'S ABILITY TO PAY.
PRESCHOOL PROGRAM - PROVIDED BY CERTIFIED SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 12 CHILDREN WHO RECEIVE OCCUPATIONAL, PHYSICAL AND SPEECH THERAPY AS NEEDED.
