LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: IN 2021, GCN SERVED 5656 PARTICIPANTS THROUGH OUR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING DELIVERED IN NONPROFIT UNIVERSITY, A COMPREHENSIVE EXECUTIVE EDUCATION CENTER SPECIFIC TO NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP, AND ITS INTEGRATED OFFERINGS WITHIN OTHER GCN PROGRAMS.
CONSULTING: IN 2021, GCN PROVIDED INDIVIDUAL AND COHORT CONSULTING, COACHING/ADVISEMENT AND FACILITATION SERVICES TO 170 ORGANIZATIONS DIRECTLY OR VIA REFERRAL TO QUALIFIED EXPERTS. GCN'S NONPROFIT CONSULTING GROUP FOCUSES ON STRATEGY, REVENUE GENERATION, GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP, CHANGE AND GROWTH INITIATIVES, AND WORKFORCE ISSUES SPECIFIC TO IMPROVING NONPROFIT EFFECTIVENESS AND SUCCESS.

WORK FOR GOOD: GCN'S NATIONAL NONPROFIT JOB BOARD, WORKFORGOOD.ORG, IS OUR ONLINE HUB FOR NON-PROFIT EMPLOYMENT CONNECTION AND HR SUPPORT.
