THE GRANTS PROGRAM FUNDS OPPORTUNITIES DESIGNATED FOR CREATIVE INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SITES AND/OR GENERAL SCHOOL DISTRICT OPERATING BUDGET.
BACK THE PACK IDENTIFIES ROCK HILL SCHOOLS' STUDENTS WHO ARE UNDERNOURISHED AND PROVIDES THEM WITH NUTRITIOUS FOODS ON WEEKENDS TO ALLEVIATE SYMPTOMS OF CHRONIC HUNGER WHEN SCHOOL MEALS ARE UNAVAILABLE.
OTHER SPECIAL PROGRAMS SUCH AS STUDENT CELEBRATION THAT AWARD THE CHILDREN IN THE DISTRICT AND DISTRICT GALA CELEBRATION
