("AMAC FOUNDATION") IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOUNDED IN 1997 FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: (1) TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS TO ATTEND COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES OR OTHER EQUIVALENT LEVEL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE FIELD OF AVIATION AND AIRPORT MANAGEMENT BY MAKING GRANTS, DISTRIBUTIONS AND PROVIDING OTHER FORMS OF ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN SUPPORT OF SUCH PURPOSE.
