COLONIAL CASA VOLUNTEERS ADVOCATE FOR SAFE AND PERMANENT HOMES FOR CHILD VICTIMS OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT. VOLUNTEERS REMAIN WITH THE CASE THROUGHOUT COURT PROCEEDINGS AND UNTIL THE CHILD IS IN A SAFE AND NURTURING HOME.
