HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES, SUCH AS CONGREGATE AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS, TRANSPORTATION, HOME CARE AND ELDER ABUSE FOR OLDER ADULTS, CAREGIVERS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES UNDER THE OLDER AMERICANS ACT AND OTHER RELATED FUNDING.


PROGRAMS THROUGH AMERICORPS SENIORS (FORMERLY THE CORPORATION FOR NATIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICES): FOSTER GRANDPARENTS - FOSTER GRANDPARENTS ARE ROLE MODELS, MENTORS, AND FRIENDS TO CHILDREN WITH EXCEPTIONAL NEEDS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES A WAY FOR VOLUNTEERS AGE 55 AND OVER TO STAY ACTIVE BY SERVING CHILDREN AND YOUTH IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. RETIRED SENIOR AND VOLUNTEER PROGRAM (RSVP) - PROMOTES AND MAINTAINS SENIOR VOLUNTEERISM IN THE SERVICE AREA OF THE AGENCY.
