THROUGH AN INITIATIVE- BASED CRADLE-TO-CAREER APPROACH, UNITED WAY OF SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA IS CREATING SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS TO ADDRESS THE CHALLENGES FACING TOMORROW'S WORKFORCE.
