THE LARGEST OF OUR PROGRAM SERVICE EFFORTS IS CONTRACT NEGOTIATION AND ADMINISTRATION FOR EFFORTS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ASSISTING OUR LOCAL UNIONS IN THE NEGOTIATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF OUR VARIOUS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS. OTHER MAJOR PROGRAMMATIC EFFORTS INCLUDE ORGANIZING, TO REPRESENT ALL WORKERS FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR CONDITION AND STATUS, AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE UNION WITH MEMBERSHIP PROCESSING AND EDUCATION OF OUR LOCAL UNIONS.
