CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY HOUSING (CCH) PROVIDES SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR MEN EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. EARL'S PLACE, OUR TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM, HOUSED A TOTAL OF 35 MEN. OF THOSE, 16 MOVED TO PERMANENT HOUSING, SIXTEEN REMAINED IN OUR PROGRAM, AND JUST THREE WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. PROSPECT PLACE IS A HOUSING FIRST PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM FOR MEN WHO WERE CHRONICALLY HOMELESS. TWELVE MEN WERE HOUSED.
