ITS PRIMARY MISSION IS TO SERVE AS A RESEARCH FACILITY FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, SCHOLARS AND STUDENTS, AND TO PROVIDE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, STUDIES, AND PUBLICATIONS TO EXPOSE THE INEQUITIES OF COMPULSORY UNIONISM.

THE INSTITUTE MAINTAINS A RESEARCH LIBRARY; RESPONDS TO REQUESTS FOR RESEARCH AND INFORMATION; SPONSORS EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH, WRITINGS, AND SYMPOSIA; PUBLISHES AND DISTRIBUTES EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS; AND AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS. IN 2021, THE INSTITUTE RESPONDED TO A NUMBER OF REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION FROM ITS LIBRARY, PUBLISHED NINE FACT SHEETS AND THIRTEEN OP-EDS, AND AWARDED TWO SCHOLARSHIPS.
