SHOW HOW ACCESS TO MARKETS AND ECONOMIC GROWTH SHAPES FOOD CHOICES AND HABITS FOR THE POOR, WITH THE AIM OF MAINTAINING THE SAFETY OF NUTRIENT-RICH FOODS AND PROTECTING OR ENHANCING THEIR NUTRIENT CONTENT.
